Daniel Humm

Daniel Humm is a Swiss-born chef whose cooking is rooted in classical French technique, applied with a modernist sensibility that has defined the identity of Eleven Madison Park, his flagship New York restaurant. His culinary work is documented in two major volumes held in this collection — the original 2011 edition of *Eleven Madison Park* and its 2019 revised and ultimate successor, *The Next Chapter* — both of which chronicle the restaurant's evolving vision and meticulous approach to ingredient-driven fine dining. As founder of Daniel Humm Hospitality, he has extended his influence beyond the dining room through ventures including Clemente Bar and the lifestyle brand Eleven Madison Home.
