Georges Perrier (born 1943) was a French chef who emigrated to the United States in 1967 and built a career centered on classical French cuisine in Philadelphia. He is best known for founding Le Bec-Fin, a Philadelphia restaurant that became one of the country's most prominent venues for formal French dining. Perrier extended his influence through additional restaurants, bars, and cafés, contributing to the wider transmission of French culinary tradition in the American dining landscape. His cookbook *Le Bec-Fin Recipes* (1997) preserves the preparations and techniques developed at his flagship restaurant.
