Miyoko Schinner

Miyoko Schinner's mission is to entice people to a compassionate, plant-based diet through delicious food. She is a vegan chef, author of four cookbooks (including Artisan Vegan Cheese), co-host of Vegan Mashup on PBS, and an owner and founder of Miyoko's Kitchen, a vegan cheese company. She regularly appears at major vegan events around the country and has been featured in numerous media outlets, including VegNews, the Chicago Tribune, Huffington Post, the Philadelphia Enquirer, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
