Ferran Adrià (born 1962) is a Spanish chef best known for his tenure as head chef at El Bulli, a restaurant located in Roses on the Costa Brava. El Bulli became internationally recognized as a center of avant-garde cuisine, and Adrià is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in contemporary cooking. His 1997 book *Los secretos de El Bulli* documents the techniques and culinary philosophy developed at the restaurant, offering insight into his experimental approach to gastronomy. He has also worked closely with his brother Albert Adrià, a pastry chef who contributed to many of the creative projects associated with El Bulli.
